Covo has developed a simple and smooth integration process. Scoping workshops allow to implement the solution in 3 weeks on average, subject to the availability of data and teams. A custom quote is provided including interconnection, configuration and training costs. You are then autonomous to design and manage your commercial contracts. Contact us for more information.
All you have to do is choose a monthly or annual commitment and the edition whose features best suit your business. Renewal is by tacit agreement or by express agreement.
There are no cancellation fees. All data belongs to you and is freely downloadable as part of your subscription. It is deleted 30 calendar days after the subscription expires.
In France, the Covo team is committed to taking care of your request within 2 working hours, from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, by email at email@example.com, via the website by ticket or livechat directly in the application. You are autonomous but you can choose to be accompanied on a one-off basis by appointment.
